Stanza transforms calendars into dynamic tools, for discovering, subscribing, and interacting with community-driven events. From sports to entertainment, Stanza is redefining how people connect with their interests seamlessly.
Stanza faced usability hurdles, with unclear workflows and significant inconsistencies. These issues made the platform less accessible, highlighting the need for a unified and personalized experience to better serve user needs.
Enhance UX/UI for intuitive navigation, rebrand to align with Stanza’s mission, equip the team with modern tech for streamlined workflows, and establish a consistent, user-friendly design language across all platforms.
Deliver a cohesive experience across devices, appealing to diverse audiences. Encourage engagement by connecting with new users, reigniting interest among past users, and creating a seamless onboarding process.
Expand Stanza’s user base by attracting new users and rekindling interest from dormant ones. Ensure accessibility through affordability while refining onboarding to provide an intuitive entry point for new users.
After conducting research and interviews, I created a user journey that includes notes and expressions captured during the interviews. I've highlighted both pain points and positive impressions from the users, providing insights that will help the team understand where we can improve.
User journeys and empathy maps were developed to better understand user needs. These tools helped the team explore innovative layouts, foster deeper user connections, and make Stanza feel more personal and relatable.
Built a robust design system for consistency and adsf. Leveraged MUI for a modern, intuitive UI library, organized assets for clarity, and ensured components adapt fluidly to user needs and devices.
